The staff member taking orders clearly lacks basic customer service skills. He was Not FRIENDLY at all, he look distracted, slacking off..and gave the impression that he didn’t want to be there or serve customers. It made the whole experience uncomfortable. The food was okay, as I expected but over price !!! I genuinely don’t understand how this place has so many 5-star reviews. Based on my experience, I agree with the concerns raised in the other 1-star reviews.
No issues with the food but the staff are very unfriendly and hard to communicate dietary needs with (they just would not listen) kind of made it a horrible dining experience. Food was tasty and portion sizes were very generous for the price.
Overpriced food with rude staff. Dishes were overly salty, the soup was awful, and staff didn’t understand basic allergy questions. Definitely not recommended unless you want to ruin your dining experience.
